Extension Table

The extension table ensures the good stability of the Big Bag on its pallet. It allows to optimise the filling of the Big Bag.

It consists of one or two pneumatic cylinders or gas cylinders. When the big bag is attached (empty), the apron is in the raised position. When the bag is filled, the apron is lowered to allow the big bag to rest on its pallet. This adjustment is made automatically by a decompression valve. During the unloading phase, the pallet is removed by an electric trolley. Our system is equipped with a control system to raise and lower the mobile apron during the big bag loading and unloading phases.

The lifting system maintains the ideal tension on the big bag ears during the filling phase to ensure that the big bag remains stable on its pallet. At the start of the filling phase, the big bag is expanded to optimise filling at the bottom. Once it has reached a certain weight, the big bag gradually settles down on the pallet.
