Lump-breaker with quick disassembly

Our lump breakers are the ideal solution for crushing materials that tend to form lumps. These are created during the production or transport processes of friable powdered or granular materials.

The fast rotation of special knives through a fixed grid causes the crumbling of lumps. The presence of two rotors allows high throughputs.

With the quick disassembly, the motor-reducer/shaft assembly slides outwards, in order to facilitate the cleaning of the equipment. An X mm mesh is installed at the outlet to ensure a selected granulometry.
