Clean Connect

Clean Connect is a sealing system that clamps the chute, making it impossible for fine particles to escape and preventing any loss of product. This operation is performed manually by the operator.

It is designed to improve sealing during big bag emptying or filling operations. It prevents outside/inside and inside/outside contamination.

There are several types of ISERCO Clean Connect:

The single skin Clean Connect.
The dual skin Clean Connect, which allows the Big Bag to be degassed via an installation spigot.
The height adjustable Clean Connect. This compensates for the different lengths of the big bag discharge chute by incorporating a vertical axis that allows the Clean Connect to be raised and lowered. This adjustment is made using an electro-pneumatic jack.

Available in 3 different sizes to adapt to all the big-bag handle sizes on the market, its reduced size allows it to be easily integrated into your manufacturing processes.

It is made entirely of stainless steel and can be equipped with options to adapt to your needs:

a dust exhaust connection.
a Level probe.
an anti-fall grid for external bodies.
a Cover.

The Clean-connect system is composed of 2 main parts. The first one is a fixed part which ensures the transit of the product. The second is the mobile part that can be manipulated by pneumatic cylinders. The latter ensures the sealing of the big-bag bag by pinching between the sealing gasket and the fixed part. The pneumatic cylinders located on both sides of the system keep the mobile part of the CLEAN CONNECT in open position.

The Clean Connect is suitable for big bag emptying stations and big bag filling stations.
